As Co-Founder and Chief Operations Officer of Stride Dental Group, Daniel Jimenez has built a dynamic career spanning 20+ years in engineering, logistics, operations, and entrepreneurship. A proud graduate of Florida State University with a degree in Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering, he began his career at Lockheed Martin, excelling in production operations, program sustainment, and management.
There, he led multimillion-dollar projects and global teams, delivering innovative solutions across diverse environments. Daniel later joined Amazon as a
Senior Operations Manager, playing a key role in launching and scaling Whole Foods Market’s online grocery fulfillment business. Overseeing a $350M operation with 6,000 employees, he drove operational excellence, technological advancements, and cultural transformation.
In the past two years, Daniel has embraced entrepreneurship, co-founding a Dental Support Organization (DSO) with his close friend, Dr. Ivan Montijo. As COO, he leads the expansion of their DSO, overseeing multiple practices and driving growth.
Fluent in English and Spanish, and holding an M.S. in Engineering Management from Drexel University, Daniel combines technical expertise with a human-centered approach to leadership.
Passionate about mentoring and fostering inclusive environments, he remains committed to servant leadership and strategic innovation.
